Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
- Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories and innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will replace the item or offer a full refund—whichever you prefer.
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, card, wallet).
- In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer.
